Gastronomy

The Restaurant Bison on the ground floor offers a rich selection of self-service lunch menus with meat, fish or vegetarian dishes as well as a fresh salad buffet.

Responsible for the in-house gastronomy is «Stiftung Brändi» with its employees. The restaurant is open from 8.00 until 16.00 and also offers several beverages and snacks for the breaks in the morning and in the afternoon.

Catering Service

Do you intend to have a meeting, a conference or an event including catering? The Bison restaurant will help you with everything.

From twenty people, we offer you a buffet including food and beverages for the morning and the afternoon break. In case of a lower number of participants, we offer the same choice in the self-service. For 50 people or more, we like to arrange a served business lunch – you can choose from several menu suggestions.

There is a possibility to book our restaurant for other events outside the opening hours. Indulge yourself with our high quality gastronomy.
